**MULTI-MEDIA PRODUCTION Terms and Conditions**

**Terms and Conditions for Video Editing Services by T.H.R.Y. DREAM. CREATE. INSPIRE.**

1. **Scope of Services:** These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of video editing services ("Services") by T.H.R.Y. DREAM. CREATE. INSPIRE. ("Company") to the customer ("Customer").

2. **Orders:** Customers may request video editing services either online through the Company's website or by contacting the Company directly. All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company.

3. **Project Specifications:** Customers are responsible for providing clear and detailed instructions, as well as all necessary materials, footage, and assets ("Materials") required for the editing process. The Company will make every effort to meet the specifications outlined by the Customer.

4. **Payment:** Payment for Services shall be made in accordance with the pricing and payment terms specified by the Company. Payment is due in full upon acceptance of the project estimate unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Company. Failure to make timely payment may result in delays or cancellation of the project.

5. **Delivery:** The Company will make reasonable efforts to deliver the edited video(s) within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The Customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information. The Company shall not be liable for any delays in delivery caused by factors beyond its control.

6. **Revisions:** The Company will provide the Customer with the opportunity to request revisions to the edited video(s) based on the initial editing concept provided. The number of revisions included in the project fee will be specified in the project estimate. Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees.

7. **Intellectual Property:** The Customer retains all rights to the Materials provided for editing. The Company retains all rights to any preliminary edits, concepts, or drafts created during the editing process. The Customer may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any edited videos produced by the Company without the Company's prior written consent.

8. **Confidentiality:** The Company agrees to keep all Materials provided by the Customer confidential and to use them only for the purpose of completing the Services. Likewise, the Customer agrees to keep all communications, concepts, and drafts shared by the Company confidential.

9. **Limitation of Liability:** The Company's liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Services shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Customer for the Services. In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. **Governing Law:** These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
